Our products are built to last with durability in mind. We like to stand by our word and say our products get better with age.

Our products do not come with any plastic packaging or with swing tags. The mailers/shipping packaging is also 100% compostable – being environmentally friendly and sustainable is a top priority for us. 

We accept returns and exchanges up to 14 days from purchase. Returned item must be unworn and unused.

1. Within the 14 days please email customerservice@rangeroutdoor.com.au stating your order number and return or exchange request.

2. We will reply to you with the proceeding steps to complete your request

Please allow 5-7 business days for standard shipping within Australia. 

Orders under $150 will be shipped by regular Australia Post at a flat rate of $10.

Orders over $150 will qualify for free regular shipping with Australia Post. NB: Does not apply to orders with additional discounts

Orders to New Zealand & the USA will incur a $15 standard shipping fee.

Yes, at the moment we can ship to both New Zealand and the USA.

If you believe your product may be faulty, please send an email to customerservice@rangeroutdoor.com.au stating your order number and problem with the product. We will reply to you with further instructions.

We have a minimum number of 8 shirts per order.

Yes. You can select the colour and size you wish to order within the contact form.

We will only display the shirts styles and colours available for embroidery within the contact form

Our expert embroidery team can do almost any colour but if there are any concerns at all we will contact you before we commence embroidery.

We offer embroidery on the upper left hand side of the shirt, just above the pocket.

Don’t stress! Just send us an email customerservice@rangeroutdoor.com.au and we can get it corrected for you.

We always ask to allow 1-2 weeks once you have approved your embroidery sample. Large orders may take longer.

You will receive a shipping update once your shirts are ready to be shipped or collected.
